Sudbury Community House has rooms and indoor/outdoor spaces for hire, to suit a wide variety of functions and events. We're a favourite venue for families hosting birthday parties, community groups, businesses and more.

​

We're also a feel-good choice, because as a non-profit, all funds from hiring our venue support us to do the great work we do for the community of Mirrabooka and surrounds.

 

Whether you're celebrating, hosting a workshop or training session, making art, or having a meeting, our venues are perfect for social and professional get-togethers. All our rooms have reverse-cycle-air-conditioning for comfort all year round and excellent lighting for workshops.

Meeting Room 1

Approximately 18 people seated.

Great for use by children's groups.

Includes high speed wireless internet,
overhead projector, white board, trestle tables, stackable chairs, heating/air conditioning.

Heating & aircon.

Usage of the kitchenette/coffee room is included.

 $32/hour (incl GST) 

Meeting Room 2

Approximately 15 - 20 people seated.

Great for use by children's groups.

Includes toys and equipment with a partially covered outdoor area.

Heating & aircon.

​Can include trestle tables and stackable chairs upon request.

 $27/hour (incl GST) 

Meeting Room 3

Approximately 12 people seated.

Heating & aircon.

Access to outdoor play area.

​Can include trestle tables and stackable chairs upon request.

 $32/hour (incl GST)

Training room

Approximately 15-20 people seated.

Perfect for medium-to-large groups.

Includes wall mounted whiteboard, trestle tables, stackable chairs, heating/air conditioning.

External entrance available

 $27/hour (incl GST)

Kitchen Facilities

Includes all commercial appliances, cutlery, plates, cups, etc.

Heating & aircon.

 $40/hour (incl GST)

Outdoor Large Play Area

Usage of undercover play area with ample space for parties, playgroups 

 

Inclusive of all play equipment and alfresco areas

 $45/hour (incl GST)

Garden/Alfresco Area

Enjoy our garden and alfresco area all year round for any gathering
