Sudbury Community House Association has been at the heart of Mirrabooka since 1986, creating a welcoming space where individuals and families connect, access support, and build stronger futures. Officially opened in 1987 by the Hon. Kay Hallahan M.L.C., we have continuously evolved to meet the changing needs of our vibrant and multicultural community.
As a not-for-profit organisation, we are dedicated to empowering children, families, and youth through programs that foster inclusion, learning, and opportunity. Our Early Learning Centre provides high-quality, trauma-informed education for children aged six weeks to five years, while our community initiatives—ranging from food security programs to social enterprises—help create pathways to employment and financial stability.
For nearly 40 years, we have delivered life-changing support to thousands of people, many of whom have transitioned from hardship to independence. While originally funded by the Federal Government, our work is now primarily supported by the WA Government, whose commitment enables us to continue making a lasting impact.
At Sudbury Community House, we believe in the power of connection and community. Together, we are building a future where every child and family has the opportunity to grow, learn, and thrive.
